Prices do not include shipping and handling. Shipping charges will be calculated upon order placement. All shipments to foreign countries will require extra shipping charges.

All payments must be made in U.S. dollars. Please mail check or money order to Higher Ground Christian Church, 96 East Main St., Afton, NY 13730. If you wish to pay via credit card, you can do so through PayPal. Simply request to be invoiced for the order when you email it to HGCC.

Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery. CD's or Tapes will be shipped upon proper receipt of payment.
